OUR FEEDBACK POLICY

MARZINC adopts the principle of applying the highest ethical and legal standards in all its operations. In order to maximize the ability of the Company to manage the feedback mechanism and keep it at this level, in cases where the Business Ethics Principles are reasonably thought to be violated in the workplace, the situation should be reported to geribildirim@marzinc.com.tr as soon as possible.

The feedback mechanism can be utilized in case of unethical behavior including but not limited to the following:

  • Violation of Business Ethics Principles and Related Policies,
  • Illegal actions and instructions that cause legal violations, mismanagement, abuse of professional position, threatening public safety and health,
  • Failure to comply with legal obligations in the regions where MARZINC operates,
  • Other activities that may harm company operations.

PRINCIPLES:

  1. Definition of Notification Owner: The notification owner can be any person other than a Marzinc employee who reports actions or claims that are inconsistent with the Business Ethics Principles and related Policies. Marzinc employees should take into consideration the fact that the claims in the notices or notifications within the scope of this policy must be based on serious findings and documents and that making unfounded reports and accusations that are libelous as expressed in paragraph 25/II.b of the Labor Law No. 4857 shall be the ground for the termination of the employment contract with just cause.
  2. Protection of Notification Owner: Harassment or victimization to those who raises a concern shall not be tolerated and notifiers shall not be disclosed unless they give consent otherwise. In addition, MARZINC shall not attempt to identify anonymous notifiers.

Claims and concerns notified anonymously shall be considered fairly and appropriately by the Complaints Review Board within the framework of the Business Ethics Principles and other relevant Policies.
