OUR FEEDBACK POLICY
MARZINC is committed to applying the highest ethical and legal standards in all its operations. To maximize and maintain the company's ability to manage its feedback mechanism, and in a logical manner, to promptly report any perceived violations of the Business Ethics Principles in the workplace. geribildirim@marzinc.com.tr They need to report it to this address.
The feedback mechanism can be used when unethical behavior occurs, including but not limited to the following:
• Violation of Business Ethics Principles and Related Policies,
• Illegal actions and instructions that lead to legal violations, mismanagement, abuse of professional position, threats to public safety and health,
• Failure to comply with legal requirements in the areas where MARZINC conducts its operations,
• Other activities that could harm company operations.
PRINCIPLES:
a. Definition of the Notifier: The person making the report may be any individual other than a Marzinc employee who reports actions or allegations that are not in compliance with the Business Ethics Principles and related Policies. Marzinc employees must ensure that their allegations in reports or notifications under this policy are based on serious evidence and documentation, and they must bear in mind that, as stated in Article 25/II.b of the Labor Law No. 4857, an employee's making unfounded allegations and accusations that are damaging to their honor and dignity constitutes grounds for justified termination of the employment contract.
b. Protection of the Notifier: Harassment or victimization of individuals raising concerns will not be tolerated, and those reporting will not be disclosed unless they consent otherwise. Furthermore, MARZINC will not attempt to identify anonymous reporters.
Allegations and concerns reported anonymously will be considered fairly and appropriately by the Complaints Review Board in accordance with the Business Ethics Principles and other relevant Policies.
