Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction is among the primary goals of our laboratory. To monitor customer satisfaction, a customer satisfaction survey is sent with each report. Customers are notified when their surveys, received via fax, email, or mail, reach the laboratory. Customers are informed that the necessary work has been done. The responses received are discussed at Management Review meetings.

Any dissatisfaction with the laboratory activities and results under the scope of Marzinc A.Ş., communicated by any individual, customer, or other interested party, is defined as a complaint, and the necessary actions will be taken within the framework of this complaint procedure.
